1 Then all
the tax collectors and the sinners drew near to Him to hear Him. 2 And the
Pharisees and scribes complained, saying, “This Man receives sinners and eats
with them.” 3 So He spoke this parable to them, saying:
1. ఒకప్పుడు సమస్తమైన సుంకరులును పాపులును ఆయన బోధ వినుటకు ఆయన దగ్గరకు వచ్చుచుండగా 2. పరిసయ్యులును శాస్త్రులును అది చూచి ఇతడు పాపులను చేర్చుకొని వారితో కూడ భోజనము చేయుచున్నాడని చాల సణుగుకొనిరి. 3. అందుకాయన వారితో ఈ ఉపమానము చెప్పెను
Luke 15:11-32 The Parable of the
Lost Son
11 Then He
said: “A certain man had two sons. 11. మరియు
ఆయన ఇట్లనెను ఒక మనుష్యునికి ఇద్దరు కుమారులుండిరి.
12 And the
younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the portion of goods that
falls to me.’ So he divided to them his livelihood. 12. వారిలో చిన్నవాడు తండ్రీ, ఆస్తిలో నాకువచ్చు భాగమిమ్మని తన తండ్రి నడు గగా, అతడు వారికి తన ఆస్తిని పంచిపెట్టెను.
13 And not
many days after, the younger son gathered all together, journeyed to a far
country, and there wasted his possessions with [wasteful]prodigal living. (luke
15:30 who has devoured your livelihood with harlots)
13. కొన్నిదినములైన తరువాత ఆ చిన్న కుమారుడు సమస్తమును కూర్చుకొని, దూర దేశమునకు ప్రయాణమై పోయి, అచ్చట తన ఆస్తిని దుర్వ్యాపారమువలన పాడుచేసెను. (luke 15:30…నీ (తండ్రీ) ఆస్తిని వేశ్యలతో తిని వేసిన చిన్న కుమారుడు)
సామెతలు 29:3 జ్ఞానమును ప్రేమించువాడు తన తండ్రిని సంతోష పరచును, వేశ్యలతో సాంగత్యము చేయువాడు అతని ఆస్తిని పాడుచేయును.
14 But
when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began
to be in want. 14. అదంతయు ఖర్చు చేసిన తరువాత, ఆ దేశమందు గొప్ప కరవు రాగా వాడు ఇబ్బంది పడ సాగి,
15 Then he
went and joined himself to a citizen of that country, and he sent him into his
fields to feed swine.
15. వెళ్లి ఆ దేశస్థులలో ఒకనిచెంత జేరెను. అతడు పందులను మేపుటకు తన పొలములలోనికి వానిని పంపెను.
16 And he
would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swine ate,
and no one gave him anything.
16. వాడు పందులు తిను పొట్టుతో తన కడుపు నింపుకొన అశపడెను గాని, యెవడును వాని కేమియు ఇయ్యలేదు.
17 “But
when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants
have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! 18 I will
arise and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned
against heaven and before you, 19 and I am no longer worthy to be called
your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.” ’
17. అయితే బుద్ధి వచ్చినప్పుడు వాడు నా తండ్రియొద్ద ఎంతోమంది కూలివాండ్రకు అన్నము సమృద్ధిగా ఉన్నది, నేనైతే ఇక్కడ ఆకలికి చచ్చిపోవు చున్నాను. 18. నేను లేచి నా తండ్రియొద్దకు వెళ్లి -తండ్రీ, నేను పరలోకమునకు విరోధముగాను నీ యెదుటను పాపము చేసితిని; 19. ఇకమీదట నీ కుమారుడనని అని పించుకొనుటకు యోగ్యుడను కాను; నన్ను నీ కూలి వారిలో ఒకనిగా పెట్టుకొనుమని అతనితో చెప్పుదుననుకొని, లేచి తండ్రియొద్దకు వచ్చెను.
20 “And he
arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his
father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and
kissed him. 21 And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against
heaven and in your sight, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ 20.
వాడింక దూరముగా ఉన్నప్పుడు తండ్రి వానిని చూచి కనికరపడి, పరుగెత్తి వాని మెడమీదపడి ముద్దుపెట్టుకొనెను. 21. అప్పుడు ఆ కుమారుడు అతనితో తండ్రీ, నేను పరలోక మునకు విరోధముగాను నీ యెదుటను పాపము చేసితిని; ఇకమీదట నీ కుమారుడనని అనిపించుకొనుటకు యోగ్యుడను కాననెను.
22 “But
the father said to his servants, [f]‘Bring out the best robe and put it
on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet. 23
And bring the fatted calf here and kill it, and let us eat and be merry; 24 for
this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ And
they began to be merry. 22. అయితే తండ్రి తన దాసులను చూచి ప్రశస్త వస్త్రము త్వరగా తెచ్చి వీనికికట్టి, వీని చేతికి ఉంగరము పెట్టి, పాదములకు చెప్పులు తొడిగించుడి; 23. క్రొవ్విన దూడను తెచ్చి వధించుడి, మనము తిని సంతోషపడుదము; 24. ఈ నా కుమారుడు చనిపోయిమరల బ్రదికెను, తప్పిపోయి దొరకెనని చెప్పెను; అంతట వారు సంతోషపడసాగిరి.
25 “Now
his older son was in the field. And as he came and drew near to the house, he
heard music and dancing. 26 So he called one of the servants and asked what
these things meant. 27 And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and because
he has received him safe and sound, your father has killed the fatted calf.’ 25.
అప్పుడు అతని పెద్ద కుమారుడు పొలములో ఉండెను. వాడు (పొలమునుండి) వచ్చుచు ఇంటిదగ్గరకు రాగా, వాద్యములును నాట్యమును జరుగుట విని. 26. దాసులలో ఒకని పిలిచి ఇవి ఏమిటని అడుగగా. 27. ఆ దాసుడు అతనితో నీ తమ్ముడు వచ్చి యున్నాడు, అతడు తన యొద్దకు సురక్షితముగా వచ్చి నందున నీ తండ్రి క్రొవ్విన దూడను వధించెననెను.
28 “But he
was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and pleaded with
him. 29 So he answered and said to his father, ‘Lo, these many years I have
been serving you; I never transgressed your commandment at any time; and yet you
never gave me a young goat, that I might make merry with my friends. 30 But as
soon as this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with harlots,
you killed the fatted calf for him.’ 28. అయితే అతడు కోపపడి లోపలికి వెళ్లనొల్లక పోయెను గనుక అతని తండ్రి వెలుపలికి వచ్చి (లోపలికి రమ్మని) బతిమాలుకొనెను. 29. అందుకతడు తన తండ్రితో ఇదిగో యిన్నియేండ్లనుండి నిన్ను సేవించుచున్నానే, నీ ఆజ్ఞను నేనెన్నడును మీరలేదే; అయినను నా స్నేహితులతో సంతోషపడునట్లు నీవు నాకెన్నడును ఒక మేకపిల్లనైన ఇయ్యలేదు. 30. అయితే నీ ఆస్తిని వేశ్యలతో తిని వేసిన యీ నీ కుమారుడు రాగానే వీనికొరకు క్రొవ్విన దూడను వధించితివని చెప్పెను.
31 “And he
said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours. 32 It
was right that we should make merry and be glad, for your brother was dead and
is alive again, and was lost and is found.’ ” 31. అందుకతడు కుమారుడా, నీ వెల్లప్పుడును నాతోకూడ ఉన్నావు; నావన్నియు నీవి, 32. మనము సంతోషపడి ఆనందించుట యుక్తమే; ఈ నీ తమ్ముడు చనిపోయి తిరిగి బ్రదికెను, తప్పిపోయి దొరకెనని అతనితో చెప్పెను.
God is
the one who created this world and everything in it.
He
created everything with the word of this mouth. (పలుకగా – కలిగెను / పలుకగా ఆ ప్రకారమాయెను.).
But
man, he created with his own hand.
దేవుడైన యెహోవా నేలమంటితో నరుని నిర్మించి, వాని నాసికా రంధ్రములలో జీవవాయువును ఊదగా నరుడు జీవాత్మ ఆయెను.

He
made us a living soul జీవాత్మ
·
He
arranged us a beautiful garden to live in.
·
He
provided us food.
·
He
asked us to Subdue the earth.
·
He
gave us Dominion over his creation.
·
He
crowned man with Glory and Honor. మహిమా ప్రభావములతో వానికి కిరీటము ధరింపజేసి యున్నావు
·
We
had a personal relationship with the Creator.
·
Most
of all, he gave us Free Will, which none of the creation had.
And out of
all those good things he blessed us with, he gave us one command to follow.
Out of 100
good things, there was 1 restriction, which God commanded not to eat and out of
the 100, we choose that one bad thing.
We broke
his commandment and rebelled against our creator.

5:12. ఒక మనుష్యునిద్వారా పాపమును, పాపము ద్వారా మరణమును, లోకములో ఏలాగు ప్రవేశించెనో, ఆలాగుననే మనుష్యులందరు పాపము చేసినందున, మరణము అందరికిని సంప్రాప్తమాయెను.
Man's
condition:
· God is upset about Man: Gen 6:6,7 తాను భూమిమీద నరులను చేసినందుకు యెహోవా సంతాపము నొంది తన హృదయములో నొచ్చుకొనెను.౹ 7అప్పుడు యెహోవా–… నేను వారిని సృష్టించినం దుకు సంతాపము నొందియున్నాననెను.౹

6:12. దేవుడు భూలోకమును చూచినప్పుడు అది చెడిపోయి యుండెను; భూమిమీద సమస్త శరీరులు తమ మార్గమును చెరిపివేసుకొని యుండిరి.

Mark
7:20-22. మనుష్యుని లోపలినుండి బయలు వెళ్లునది మనుష్యుని అపవిత్రపరచును. లోపలినుండి, అనగా మనుష్యుల హృదయములోనుండి దురాలోచనలును జారత్వములును దొంగతనములును నరహత్యలును వ్యభిచారములును లోభములును చెడుతనములును కృత్రిమమును కామవికారమును మత్సరమును (7:22 మూలభాషలో–చెడ్డకండ్లును). దేవదూషణయు అహంభావమును అవివేకమును వచ్చును. ఈ చెడ్డ వన్నియు లోపలినుండియే బయలువెళ్లి, మనుష్యుని అపవిత్రపరచునని ఆయన చెప్పెను.
· Human intentions (ఉద్దేశాలు) have become evil (చెడు) and there is no room for
compassion (కరుణ / జాలి / దయాభావం), love (ప్రేమ) and fear of God (దేవుని భయము).
Romans 3:10 As it is written: "There is
no one righteous, not even one. 11 నీతిమంతుడు
లేడు, ఒక్కడును
లేడు...12 అందరును
త్రోవ తప్పి
యేకముగా పనికిమాలినవారైరి.
నీవు వాటిని తిను దినమున నిశ్చయముగా చచ్చెదవని నరుని కాజ్ఞాపించెను.
Does
not mean only Physical death, but Spiritual Death.
Your
physical body will decompose here on earth, but your Spiritual Body will be
sent to hell.
Hence man
would end up in hell

Our
Creator Himself came down to save us from our sins. (మన పాపములనుండి మనల్ని రక్షించడానికి మన సృష్టికర్త స్వయంగా వచ్చాడు.)
He took
death on our behalf, on the cross.
Isaiah
53:6 All we like
sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his own way; and the Lord
(Our Creator) has laid on him the iniquity of
us all. మనమందరము గొఱ్ఱెలవలె త్రోవ తప్పిపోతివిు, మనలో ప్రతివాడును తనకిష్టమైన త్రోవకు తొలిగెను, యెహోవా మన
యందరి దోషమును
అతనిమీద మోపెను.
Why he had to lay down his life?
Isa 53:8...For the transgressions of My

Father
love: Romans 5:8... God demonstrates His own
love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. దేవుడు

మనమింకను పాపులమై
యుండగానే క్రీస్తు మనకొరకు చనిపోయెను.
This Good Shepherd suffered for us
Suffering death.
Isaiah 53:

V3 - He was a man of suffering and
familiar with pain. వ్యసనాక్రాంతుడుగాను, వ్యాధి ననుభవించినవాడుగాను

V4 - He took up our pain and bore
our suffering. నిశ్చయముగా అతడు మన రోగములను భరించెను, మన వ్యసనములను వహించెను

V5 - he was pierced for our
transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought
us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.

V6 - the Lord has laid on him the
iniquity of us all. యెహోవా మన యందరి దోషమును అతనిమీద మోపెను.

V10 - it was the Lord’s will to
crush him and cause him to suffer, అతని నలుగగొట్టుటకు యెహోవాకు ఇష్టమాయెను
He died
on cross for our sins.
He shed
his blood to forgive our sins.
Luke 22:19...“This is My body which is given
for you; మీ కొరకు
ఇయ్యబడుచున్న నా
శరీరము;
Matt 26:28 this is My blood of the [d]new
covenant, which is shed for many for the [e]remission of sins. 28. ఇది
నా రక్తము,
అనగా పాపక్షమాపణ
నిమిత్తము అనేకుల
కొరకు చిందింపబడుచున్న
నిబంధన రక్తము.
He was
buried.
And on the
third day, God raised him from the dead.
Abraham died, was buried. You can
find his tomb till today.
David died, was buried. You can
find his tomb till today.
But Christ died, was buried. But
his tomb is a empty tomb.
His body did not get decomposed in
earth.
He is
risen.
He went
to his Father and
He is
preparing a place for you.

does not like punishing people:

that he should turn from his ways and live? 23. దుష్టులు మరణము నొందుటచేత నా కేమాత్రమైన సంతోషము కలుగునా? వారు తమ ప్రవర్తనను దిద్దుకొని బ్రదుకుటయే నాకు సంతోషము; ఇదే ప్రభువగు యెహోవా వాక్కు.
Ezek
33:11 Say to them:
‘As I live,’ says the Lord God, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked,
but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways!
For why should you die, O house of Israel?’

కాగా వారితో ఇట్లనుము నా జీవముతోడు దుర్మార్గుడు మరణము నొందుటవలన నాకు సంతోషము లేదు; దుర్మార్గుడు తన దుర్మార్గతనుండి మరలి బ్రదుకుటవలన నాకు సంతోషము కలుగును. కాబట్టి ఇశ్రాయేలీయులారా, మనస్సు త్రిప్పుకొనుడి, మీ దుర్మార్గతనుండి మరలి మనస్సు త్రిప్పు కొనుడి, మీరెందుకు మరణము నొందుదురు? ఇదే ప్రభు వగు యెహోవా వాక్కు.
Remember!
The Son exchanged (బదులుగా) His
Fathers love for worldly pleasures.
Esau
exchanged (బదులుగా) his birthright
for food.
Judas
exchanged (బదులుగా) the Savior
for money.
The
people of Jews exchanged (బదులుగా) Jesus for
a criminal.
What
are we exchanging (బదులుగా) our Heavenly
Father for?
క్షయమైన / అక్షయమైన

6:27...క్షయమైన ఆహారముకొరకు
కష్టపడకుడి గాని,
నిత్యజీవము కలుగజేయు
అక్షయమైన ఆహారముకొరకే కష్టపడుడి;
మనుష్యకుమారుడు దానిని

1 John
1:9 If we confess
our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from
all unrighteousness.
మన పాపములను మనము ఒప్పుకొనిన యెడల, ఆయన నమ్మదగినవాడును నీతిమంతుడును గనుక ఆయన మన పాపములను క్షమించి సమస్త దుర్నీతినుండి మనలను పవిత్రులనుగా చేయును.

Our God
is a gracious God:
Numbers
14:18 The Lord is
longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression... 17. యెహోవా దీర్ఘశాంతుడును, కృపాతిశయుడును
"To
the Lord our God belong mercy and lovingkindness and forgiveness..." (Daniel
9:9). 9. మేము మా దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు విరోధముగా తిరుగుబాటు చేసితివిు; అయితే ఆయన కృపాక్షమాపణలుగల దేవుడైయున్నాడు.
2 Peter
3:9 The Lord is
not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is
longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all
should come to repentance. కొందరు ఆలస్యమని యెంచుకొనునట్లు, ప్రభువు తన వాగ్దానమును గూర్చి ఆలస్యము చేయువాడు కాడు, గాని యెవడును నశింపవలెనని యిచ్ఛయింపక, అందరు మారుమనస్సు పొందవలెనని కోరుచు, మీ యెడల ధీర్ఘశాంతముగలవాడై యున్నాడు.
Jesus
did not come to Judge:
John
3:17 For God did
not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the
world might be saved through him. 17. లోకము
తన కుమారుని ద్వారా రక్షణ పొందుటకేగాని, లోకమునకు తీర్పు తీర్చుటకు దేవుడాయనను లోకములోనికి పంప లేదు.

3:16 “For God so
loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should
not perish but have eternal life. 16. దేవుడు
లోకమును ఎంతో ప్రేమించెను. కాగా ఆయన తన అద్వితీయకుమారునిగా3 పుట్టిన వానియందు విశ్వాసముంచు ప్రతివాడును నశింపక నిత్యజీవము పొందునట్లు ఆయనను అనుగ్రహించెను.

3:36 Whoever
believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not
see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. 36. కుమారునియందు విశ్వాసముంచువాడే నిత్యజీవముగలవాడు, కుమారునికి విధేయుడు కానివాడు జీవము చూడడు గాని దేవుని ఉగ్రత వానిమీద నిలిచి యుండును.

వాడింక దూరముగా ఉన్నప్పుడు తండ్రి వానిని చూచి కనికరపడి, పరుగెత్తి వాని మెడమీదపడి ముద్దుపెట్టుకొనెను. 21. అప్పుడు ఆ కుమారుడు అతనితో తండ్రీ, నేను పరలోక మునకు విరోధముగాను నీ యెదుటను పాపము చేసితిని; ఇకమీదట నీ కుమారుడనని అనిపించుకొనుటకు యోగ్యుడను కాననెను.
22 “But
the father said to his servants, [f]‘Bring out the best robe and put it
on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet. 23
And bring the fatted calf here and kill it, and let us eat and be merry; 24 for
this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ And
they began to be merry. 22. అయితే తండ్రి తన దాసులను చూచి ప్రశస్త వస్త్రము త్వరగా తెచ్చి వీనికికట్టి, వీని చేతికి ఉంగరము పెట్టి, పాదములకు చెప్పులు తొడిగించుడి; 23. క్రొవ్విన దూడను తెచ్చి వధించుడి, మనము తిని సంతోషపడుదము; 24. ఈ నా కుమారుడు చనిపోయిమరల బ్రదికెను, తప్పిపోయి దొరకెనని చెప్పెను; అంతట వారు సంతోషపడసాగిరి.
…, 32. మనము సంతోషపడి ఆనందించుట యుక్తమే; ఈ నీ తమ్ముడు చనిపోయి తిరిగి బ్రదికెను, తప్పిపోయి దొరకెనని అతనితో చెప్పెను.

15:10 (The Parable of the Lost Coin)
Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” 10. అటువలె మారుమనస్సు పొందు ఒక పాపి విషయమై దేవుని దూతలయెదుట సంతోషము కలుగునని మీతో చెప్పు చున్నాననెను.
We are
now children of God. He has restored us to our previous status:

1:12 But to all
who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become
children of God, తన్ను ఎందరంగీకరించిరో వారికంద రికి, అనగా తన నామమునందు విశ్వాసముంచినవారికి, దేవుని పిల్లలగుటకు ఆయన అధికారము అనుగ్రహించెను.
Gal
3:26 యేసుక్రీస్తునందు మీరందరు విశ్వాసమువలన దేవుని కుమారులై (కుమార్తెలు) యున్నారు.
Rom 8:14.
దేవుని ఆత్మచేత ఎందరు నడిపింపబడుదురో వారందరు దేవుని కుమారులై (కుమార్తెలు) యుందురు.

2:9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for
his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called
you out of darkness into his marvelous light. అయితే మీరు చీకటిలోనుండి ఆశ్చర్యకరమైన తన వెలుగులోనికి మిమ్మును పిలిచిన వాని గుణాతిశయములను ప్రచురముచేయు నిమిత్తము, ఏర్పరచబడిన వంశమును, రాజులైన యాజకసమూహమును, పరిశుద్ధ జనమును, దేవుని సొత్తయిన ప్రజలునై యున్నారు.
1 Peter
2:25 For you were
straying like sheep, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your
souls. మీరు గొఱ్ఱెలవలె దారితప్పిపోతిరి గాని యిప్పుడు మీ ఆత్మల కాపరియు అధ్యక్షుడునైన ఆయన వైపునకు మళ్లియున్నారు.
We
always need to remember how we were restored.
Through
his sacrifice on the cross.
Through
his flogged body on the cross.
Through
the precious blood shed on the cross.
