22 When they came together in Galilee, he said to
them, “The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men. 23 They
will kill him, and on the third day he will be raised to life.” And the
disciples were filled with grief.
22 వారు గలిలయలో సంచరించుచుండగా యేసు–మనుష్యకుమారుడు మనుష్యులచేతికి అప్పగింపబడబోవుచున్నాడు,
23 వారాయనను చంపుదురు;
మూడవదినమున ఆయన లేచునని వారితో చెప్పగా వారు బహుగా దుఃఖపడిరి.

30 They left that place and passed through Galilee.
Jesus did not want anyone to know where they were, 31 because he was teaching
his disciples. He said to them, “The Son of Man is going to be delivered into
the hands of men. They will kill him, and after three days he will rise.” 32
But they did not understand what he meant and were afraid to ask him about it.
30 వారక్కడనుండి బయలుదేరి గలిలయ గుండా వెళ్లుచుండిరి;
అది ఎవనికిని తెలియుట ఆయనకిష్టములేక పోయెను;
31 ఏలయనగా ఆయన తన శిష్యులకు బోధించుచు
–మనుష్యకుమారుడు మనుష్యుల చేతికి అప్పగింపబడు చున్నాడు,
వారాయనను చంపెదరు;
చంపబడిన మూడుదినములకు ఆయన లేచునని వారితో చెప్పెను.
32 వారు ఆ మాట గ్రహింపలేదు గాని ఆయన నడుగ భయపడిరి.

While everyone was marveling at all that Jesus did, he
said to his disciples, 44 “Listen carefully to what I am about to tell you: The
Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men.” 45 But they did not
understand what this meant. It was hidden from them, so that they did not grasp
it, and they were afraid to ask him about it.
44 ఆయన చేసిన కార్యములన్నిటిని చూచి అందరు ఆశ్చర్య పడుచుండగా ఆయన–ఈ మాటలు మీ చెవులలో నాటనియ్యుడి.

45 అయితే వారామాట గ్రహింపకుండునట్లు అది వారికి మరుగుచేయబడెను గనుక వారు దానిని తెలిసికొనలేదు;

Now Jesus was going up to Jerusalem. On the way, he took the Twelve aside and
said to them, 18 “We are going up to
Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and
the teachers of the law. They will condemn him to death 19 and will hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged
and crucified. On the third day he will be raised to life!”
17 యేసు యెరూషలేమునకు వెళ్లనైయున్నప్పుడు ఆయన పండ్రెండుమంది శిష్యులను ఏకాంతముగా తీసికొనిపోయి,
మార్గమందు వారితో ఇట్లనెను.
18–ఇదిగో యెరూషలేమునకు వెళ్లుచున్నాము;
అక్కడ మనుష్యకుమారుడు ప్రధానయాజకులకును శాస్త్రులకును అప్పగింపబడును;
వారాయనకు మరణశిక్ష విధించి 19 ఆయనను అపహసించుటకును కొరడాలతో కొట్టుటకును సిలువవేయుటకును అన్యజనులకు ఆయనను అప్పగింతురు;
మూడవదినమున ఆయన మరల లేచును.

They were on their way up to Jerusalem, with Jesus leading the way, and the
disciples were astonished, while those who followed were afraid. Again he took
the Twelve aside and told them what was going to happen to him. 33 “We are going up to Jerusalem,” he
said, “and the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and the
teachers of the law. They will condemn him to death and will hand him over to
the Gentiles, 34 who will mock him
and spit on him, flog him and kill him. Three days later he will rise.”

వారు ప్రయాణమై యెరూషలేమునకు వెళ్లుచుండిరి.
యేసు వారికి ముందు నడుచుచుండగా వారు విస్మయ మొందిరి,
వెంబడించువారు భయపడిరి.
అప్పుడాయన మరల పండ్రెండుగురు శిష్యులను పిలుచుకొని,
తనకు సంభవింపబోవువాటిని వారికి తెలియజెప్పనారంభించి 33– ఇదిగో మనము యెరూషలేమునకు వెళ్లుచున్నాము;
మనుష్య కుమారుడు ప్రధానయాజకులకును శాస్త్రులకును అప్పగింపబడును;
వారాయనకు మరణశిక్ష విధించి ఆయనను అన్యజనుల కప్పగించెదరు.
34 వారు ఆయనను అపహసించి,
ఆయనమీద ఉమ్మివేసి,
కొరడాలతో ఆయనను కొట్టి చంపెదరు;
మూడుదినములైన తరువాత ఆయన తిరిగి లేచునని చెప్పెను.

Jesus took the Twelve aside and told them, “We are going up to Jerusalem, and
everything that is written by the prophets about the Son of Man will be
fulfilled. 32 He will be delivered
over to the Gentiles. They will mock him, insult him and spit on him; 33 they will flog him and kill him. On
the third day he will rise again.”

The disciples did not understand any of this. Its meaning was hidden from them,
and they did not know what he was talking about.

ఆయన తన పండ్రెండుమంది శిష్యులను పిలిచి–ఇదిగో యెరూషలేమునకు వెళ్లుచున్నాము;
మనుష్యకుమారుని గూర్చి ప్రవక్తలచేత వ్రాయబడిన మాటలన్నియు నెర వేర్చబడును.
32 ఆయన అన్యజనుల కప్పగింపబడును;
వారు ఆయనను అపహసించి,
అవమానపరచి,
ఆయనమీద ఉమ్మి వేసి,
33 ఆయనను కొరడాలతో కొట్టి చంపుదురు;
మూడవదినమున ఆయన మరల లేచునని చెప్పెను.
34 వారు ఈ మాటలలో ఒకటైనను గ్రహింపలేదు;
ఈ సంగతి వారికి మరుగు చేయబడెను గనుక ఆయన చెప్పిన సంగతులు వారికి బోధపడలేదు.
